1. Holiday Period
In accordance with the Notice of the General Office of the State Council on the Arrangement of Public Holidays in 2026, our National Day holiday arrangement is as follows:

In short: we are closed from Thursday, 1 October to Wednesday, 7 October 2026 (7 days in total), and resume normal operation on Thursday, 8 October 2026.
2. Adjusted Working Days
Under the national arrangement, Saturday, 10 October 2026 is a working day to compensate for the adjusted holiday on Wednesday, 7 October.
Please note that Sunday, 20 September 2026 was the earlier make-up working day under the same national arrangement and has already been observed.
3. Orders and Customer Service During the Holiday
Our office is closed during the holiday, while emails and online enquiries are received as usual. Order scheduling, shipments, technical response and after-sales service will be processed in order from Thursday, 8 October 2026.
To minimise any impact on delivery schedules, customers requiring delivery before the holiday are kindly asked to confirm their orders by Wednesday, 30 September 2026. Orders submitted during the holiday will be acknowledged and confirmed from 8 October onward.
